  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package biscuit mix

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix with garlic powder and onion powder.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute chicken with leftover turkey.
