- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package biscuit mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix with garlic powder and onion powder.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute chicken with leftover turkey.
