- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the garlic and mushrooms until softened.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Pour in the Marsala wine and seasoning, then let simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- Top with crispy turkey bacon and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the Marsala wine for an hour before cooking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta to absorb the delicious sauce.
