Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken slices and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and add the cooked turkey bacon back to the skillet.
- Toss everything together and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to taste.
- This stir fry can be served over rice or noodles.
