- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Stir in chicken, turkey bacon, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Combine with spaghetti, and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream and reduce the amount of cheese.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
