- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish and top with tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Just add an extra 10-15 minutes to the baking time.
- Feel free to substitute the vegetables based on your preference.
