Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish and top with tater tots.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Just add an extra 10-15 minutes to the baking time.
