- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
- Add the milk and salt, and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of the batter.
- Cook until the edges start to lift, then flip to cook the other side until golden.
- Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
- In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
- Fill each crepe with the turkey bacon and chicken ham, then roll or fold them.
Notes
- For a sweeter crepe, add sugar to the batter.
- Serve with your favorite toppings like syrup, fruits, or whipped cream.
