Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
  3. Add flour and salt, stirring until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat; add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool, then fill with pastry cream and dust with powdered sugar.
