Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour to the mixture and stir until a ball forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Drop dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Whip heavy cream, add powdered sugar and vanilla, and fill the cooled puffs.
