Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. While the crust is baking, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  5. Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust and return to the oven for another 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and dusting with powdered sugar.
