Instructions
- Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper, then dredge the chicken in the flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and add the chicken broth, scraping up any bits from the pan.
- Add the lemon juice and capers, then simmer for a few minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan and cook until heated through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
