- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sugar together until combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the layered mixture, then drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, then cut into squares.
Notes
- For extra flavor, toast the shredded coconut before adding it to the mixture.
