Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the bok choy, carrots, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Let simmer for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
