- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine almond milk, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat and fold in Greek yogurt.
- Layer sliced bananas and pudding mixture in serving cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

- You can substitute the almond milk with any milk of your choice.
