  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Remove patties and set aside. In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Add the patties back to the skillet and cover, letting cook for 10-15 minutes, until heated through.
