Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Gradually add spinach, stirring until it wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
