Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Stir the sour cream into the beef mixture until well combined.
  5. Serve the beef stroganoff over the egg noodles and garnish with parsley.
