- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Stir the sour cream into the beef mixture until well combined.
- Serve the beef stroganoff over the egg noodles and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
- For a healthier version, use ground turkey instead of beef.
