- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bananas and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the bananas in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Add some chopped nuts for an extra crunch.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
