Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the pie is set and lightly browned.
- Allow to cool before serving.
