Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the yellow squash and zucchini thinly.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a large bowl, combine the squash, zucchini, crumbled turkey bacon, cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until squash is tender.
