- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Fit the pie crust into a pie dish and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, and crumbled turkey bacon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ricotta mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated cheese on top before baking.
- This quiche can be served warm or at room temperature.
