  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Fit the pie crust into a pie dish and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ricotta mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
