- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- In a bowl, combine the cake mix, pineapple, eggs, and vegetable oil; mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
- In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the peanut butter frosting over the cooled cake and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped bananas to the frosting.
- This cake can be made a day in advance for better flavor development.
