  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, mix cheese, black beans, tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
  4. Fill tortillas with the mixture and wrap them tightly.
  5. Place filled tortillas in a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with sour cream on top.
