- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix cheese, black beans, tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
- Fill tortillas with the mixture and wrap them tightly.
- Place filled tortillas in a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream on top.

- Feel free to add more vegetables for extra flavor.
- Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
