- 2 English muffins
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Split the English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In the same pan, cook the chicken ham until heated through.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the muffin halves.
- Top with chopped turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
