  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, espresso, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the crushed ladyfinger cookies until evenly distributed.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll the truffle balls in cocoa powder and chocolate chips to coat.
  6. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
