- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, cranberry sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the beef chuck roast in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- Cover with foil and bake for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and falls apart.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes, then shred the beef and mix with the sauce.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
