- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, turkey bacon, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Top each ball with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding some Old Bay seasoning.
- Serve with a side of tartar sauce or hot sauce for dipping.
