- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1 pound brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer phyllo dough on a baking sheet, brushing each layer with melted butter.
- Place sliced brie cheese in the center, then top with cranberry sauce and walnuts.
- Drizzle honey and sprinkle rosemary over top.
- Fold phyllo over the filling, creating a parcel.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, add more honey.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
