- 2 Filet Mignon steaks
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lobster meat, chopped

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper, then sear on both sides until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and lobster, cooking for a few minutes until shrimp turns pink.
- Pour in white wine and let it reduce for a few minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Serve the sauce over the filet mignon and garnish with fresh parsley.
