- 3 large oranges
- 1 cup unsalted pistachios, ground

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Boil the oranges in a pot of water for about 30 minutes.
- Drain the oranges and let them cool, then cut and remove seeds.
- Blend the cooled oranges until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix ground pistachios, sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, and the blended oranges together.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
- Let the cake cool before removing from the pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
