  • 1 loaf crusty bread
  • 1 cup mixed mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and mushrooms, sauté until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, and blue cheese until well combined.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture on slices of the crusty bread.
  5. Top with the sautéed mushrooms.
  6. Place the toasts on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add some red pepper flakes to the mushroom mixture.
