- 1 loaf crusty bread
- 1 cup mixed mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and mushrooms, sauté until tender.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, and blue cheese until well combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture on slices of the crusty bread.
- Top with the sautéed mushrooms.
- Place the toasts on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some red pepper flakes to the mushroom mixture.
- These toasts can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
