- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 12 slider rolls
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat over medium until warm.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy in a skillet, then drain on paper towels.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
- Add a layer of turkey bacon on each roll, followed by a sprinkle of Swiss cheese.
- Place the tops of the rolls on, then brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm with the broth mixture for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the beef broth.
- You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon for a richer taste.
