- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 pound deli roast beef
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons au jus mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay out the tortillas and layer the roast beef and provolone cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking tray.
- Mix the beef broth with the au jus mix and pour it over the rolled tortillas.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve with additional broth for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños inside the rolls.
