Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onion and turkey bacon, cooking until the onion is caramelized and bacon is crispy.
- Stir in the rice and chicken ham, cooking for a couple of minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
