Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  2. Dice the avocados and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham to the bowl.
  4. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the mixture.
  5. Finely chop the red onion and cucumber, then mix them into the salad.
  6. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad, then season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Toss everything gently until well combined.
