- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 100 grams chicken ham
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- Dice the avocados and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham to the bowl.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the mixture.
- Finely chop the red onion and cucumber, then mix them into the salad.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Toss everything gently until well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
