- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix milk and eggs until combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the diced peaches gently.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Drop batter by spoonfuls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove fritters and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with powdered sugar dusted on top.
