Instructions

  1. Prepare the aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each olive first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the olives until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with garlic aioli on the side.
