- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 12 oz smoked Polish sausage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
- Slice the onion and smoked Polish sausage.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to brown, about 10 minutes.
- Add the onions and sausage, stirring occasionally, and cook until everything is nicely browned and cooked through, about another 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding some paprika or crushed red pepper.
- This dish pairs well with a side of sour cream.
