Instructions

- Press the sugar cookie dough into a pizza pan evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown; let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange your assorted fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
