- 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 6 taco shells
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Carefully crush a handful of Fruity Pebbles and mix into the filling.
- Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture.
- Top with remaining Fruity Pebbles and chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
- For a crunchy texture, add more crushed Fruity Pebbles on top.
- Can substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
