- 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms, then fold in the Fruity Pebbles.
- Press the dough into the prepared baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie base in the pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more Fruity Pebbles on top before baking.
- Serve chilled for a refreshing treat.
