- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and Fruity Pebbles cereal until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix flour, melted butter, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Press half of the dough into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cookie base.
- Top with the remaining dough in clumps.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For best results, chill the bars in the refrigerator before serving.
- These bars can be topped with additional Fruity Pebbles for decoration.
