Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a piping bag or zip-top bag, pipe the batter into the hot oil in a circular pattern.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter.
- Serve with chocolate or strawberry sauce for dipping.
