Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated carrot, cottage cheese, and shredded cheese.
- Add the flour, egg, salt, and pepper to the vegetable mixture, and mix until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Form the mixture into patties and cook them in the hot oil, about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove and let them drain on a paper towel before serving.
