Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add parsley and lemon juice to the garlic butter mixture and stir well.
- Season the scallops with salt and pepper, then place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Brush the scallops with the garlic butter mixture.
- Cook the scallops in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with remaining garlic butter.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- Make sure to thoroughly dry the scallops before seasoning and cooking for the best texture.
