Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in parsley and lemon juice.
- Place the scallops in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the scallops are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
