- 1 pound scallops
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Remove from heat, and stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Place scallops in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until scallops are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with the remaining garlic butter.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle with additional herbs before serving.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.
