Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve immediately with additional parmesan sprinkled on top.
