- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cubed chicken to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
