- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 sandwich buns
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, place the chicken on sandwich buns, top with bacon and parsley.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and herbs before cooking.
- Use whole wheat buns for a healthier alternative.
