Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the cod fillets to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until the cod is golden on one side, then flip and add sweet chili sauce and lime juice.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
